Services and prices

On this site you can book the Complete Singing and Guitar Programs (in person or online) and cruise career mentoring sessions, and buy PDF study materials.

Program and material prices are in Argentine pesos. Mentoring is priced in US dollars. The price shown when you book is the final price you pay.

How payment works

You pay online with Mercado Pago (credit card, debit card or account balance) or, for mentoring, also with PayPal in US dollars. Your card details are handled by Mercado Pago or PayPal: I never see them.

If you pay for mentoring in pesos, the amount is calculated at the official Banco de la Nación Argentina US dollar selling rate at the time of booking, rounded up to the next ARS 100.

The in-person Complete Singing Program can be paid in 2 installments: the first when booking, the second through a link emailed 30 days later (never before the start date).

Booking and confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once the payment goes through. While you pay, your spot is held for 30 minutes; if the payment isn’t completed in that time, the spot is released and nothing is charged.

You’ll receive a confirmation email. Online sessions take place by video call and I’ll send you the link on WhatsApp or by email before the session. For programs, we arrange your lesson days and times together.

Changing the date

You can change the date or time of your booking once, up to 24 hours before, using the link in your confirmation email. For any other change, message me on WhatsApp.

Cancellations and refunds

Singing and Guitar Programs: if you cancel up to the day before the start date, you get a full refund.

PDF materials: as digital files, they can’t be refunded once sent.

Cruise career mentoring: as a personalized, one-to-one mentoring service, payments are non-refundable. If an exceptional problem comes up, each case is considered individually.

Refunds are made through the original payment method. None of this limits your legal rights.

Right to cancel

Under Argentine consumer law (Ley 24.240 and the Civil and Commercial Code), you can cancel an online purchase within 10 calendar days of buying, at no cost and without giving a reason. To do so, use the cancellation form (Botón de arrepentimiento): you get a request code instantly and I reply within 24 hours.

The law makes some exceptions, such as digital files you have already downloaded.

Privacy

I use your details (name, email, WhatsApp, city and message) only to handle your booking and to contact you. They are shared only with the services that make this possible: Mercado Pago or PayPal for payment, Google Calendar for my schedule, and the service that sends the emails. I never sell them or use them for advertising.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to lujanlisette1@gmail.com.

Under Argentine Law 25.326 you may access your personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown (article 14, section 3). The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the authority for Law 25.326, handles complaints from anyone whose data protection rights have been affected.

Consumer protection

For complaints, you can use Argentina’s federal consumer protection portal (Defensa de las y los Consumidores). These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. If the Spanish and English versions differ, the Spanish version applies.
