From inside the industry

I learned how a first contract is won

I’m a professional singer and guitarist with more than 10 years of experience in the music industry and more than three years working on luxury cruise ships.

My journey on board began as part of a duo, continued as a solo Guitar Vocalist and later I was hired as Lead Female Vocalist & Guitarist in a trio.

Along the way I learned first-hand how to prepare to enter the industry, what agencies and cruise lines look for when assessing a candidate, and how to build a professional presentation that improves your chances of landing a first contract.

What makes this mentoring different?

  • It isn’t a recorded course.
  • It isn’t a membership.
  • It isn’t a promise to get you a contract.

It’s one-on-one guidance where we work together to build a competitive application, with strategies grounded in real experience inside the industry.

Everyone arrives with a different story, profession and goal. That’s why every process starts with an individual diagnostic.

Step 1 · The starting point for every candidate

Strategy Session

In this first session I’ll assess your situation honestly:

  • What is your current experience and skill level?
  • Which role is realistic for you right now?
  • How committed are you to this path right now?
  • What is the best initial action plan for your timeline?

Why it matters

Not every profile fits life on board, and it’s better to find that out early. This session helps us both see whether this path is right for you. I work with people who are serious about it.

Step 2 · Choose your path

Three paths, for your profile

We look at your profile and goals to define your professional path. Each path builds on the one before.

What a first contract can offer

On top of the salary, most positions include flights, accommodation and meals during the contract. That lets many people save a significant part of their income while gaining international experience in one of the most demanding industries in the world.

My goal isn’t to sell a course, but to guide people who want to prepare seriously, build a competitive application and access new job opportunities.

The investment in this mentoring is only a small fraction of what a first contract can be worth.

Payment methods

  • Bank transfer in Argentine pesos.
  • Transfer in US dollars (ask for details).
  • Other international payment methods (ask for details).

If you pay in Argentine pesos, the amount is calculated at that day’s US dollar selling rate in Argentina (the “dólar vendedor”).

As this is a personalized, one-on-one mentoring service, payments are non-refundable. Should an exceptional issue arise, each case will be assessed individually.

Follow-up after the program

When your program ends, our one-on-one sessions end too, but I don’t disappear. You join a network of candidates I stay in touch with, sharing opportunities, industry news and useful resources for your search. If you later need a new profile review or help preparing an audition, we can always schedule new sessions.

Important

This is a mentoring program: it does not include final editing or production of your CV, portfolio, videos or promotional material, and it does not guarantee a job offer or a first contract. What I will give you are tools, templates, examples and feedback so you can present the best professional version of yourself to the industry, with my guidance and supervision throughout.

Book your Strategy Session

It’s a conversation to get to know each other, look at your profile and talk through your goals. If I can help, I’ll recommend the right program for you. If now isn’t the right time, I’ll tell you that too.
